We Make Wellbeing Simple and Easy, so you can have a healthy body and calm mind.

I appreciate the space of the studio and it being so close to home. The teachers are awesome - the classes help me to move gracefully. I wouldn’t do this on my own, moving my body and finding strength. I have been able to do things I would have never been able to do on my own. The teachers and community are good motivators. The teachers are open, just come! Try it! It’s relaxing and worth trying it out! When you walk in, you know its a relaxed atmosphere. You’re welcomed right away.

Reservation Guidelines

Classes in the studio are limited to 12 spots so make sure to claim yours!

Due to our classes now being limited capacity, if you reserve a spot and do not show up you will be charged for the class. (a class will be taken off your punchcard, or a $10 fee for unlimited pass members)
