"Within only 5 sessions (5 weeks) of working with Andrew I was feeling and looking stronger. The take home practice Andrew provided of basic movements was easy to incorporate into my day. It felt like the take home work was correcting old movement patterns."
“I have been thoroughly impressed working with Andrew, from his approachable, inspirational demeanor and knowledge base to expertise in movement therapy – with over 20 years of instructional/training experience I have learned and rapidly integrated many of his lessons into my teaching and practice – he has helped make me a more effective teacher and look forward to many more years of learning and discussion with him. Thank you Andrew!"
“I’ve had the absolute pleasure of participating in Andrew’s classes – whether it’s bootcamp, yoga or exploring new movement, he has a unique method of uniting mind and breath to explore your body’s full potential. I’m always left feeling nourished with a new appreciation for my body.”
I have had the honour to work with Andrew over many years and have seen his depth of knowledge and experience expand exponentially. His rare ability to link together body, mind and spirit through movement makes him a gifted teacher and coach. I think the best teachers out there are ones who are constantly embodying the student role as well, Andrew is always seeking, learning and growing to better serve his community. Movement is vital to wellness and Andrew is the person to work with to move, be well and get inspired!

Elements Movement is located in the Historic Townsite in beautiful Powell River. Our home is the old Bank of Montreal building which was built in 1931. The studio sits on the Tla’amin nations land, beside where Powell River once flowed into the ocean.
We have kept with the elegance and history of the building by keeping the feel of Elements simple and natural. Traveling back to the old school, simple roots for our equipment, and keeping the space as natural as possible for you to enjoy as you flow through a yoga class, or challenge your fitness.
