Weekend 1. Building Embodied Vitality (Jing) – Sept 13th - 14th
We will be exploring the fascial system, core intelligence, posture, and embodied skills to build vitality in the body. In our modern times, there is often a loss of this vitality (Jing), which shows up as ‘tired but wired,’ fatigue, and lingering pain in the body. Restoring the youthful vitality of the Jing will be our focus.
Weekend 2. Harmonize and Strengthen Energy (Qi) – Oct 4th - 5th
We are electrical beings (Qi). When the Qi is distorted, nervous system issues arise—scattered minds, constant mental chatter, and stuck emotions take over. Through establishing contact and skill with this energy, we will harmonize and strengthen it. Practices of energetic hygiene, protection, and regulation will be covered.
Weekend 3. Spirit of the Mind (Shen) – Oct 25th - 26th
Our mind (Shen) is the lens we see the world through. Life can be a blessing or a curse based on the quality of mind. When the Shen is disturbed, spiritual numbness, lack of meaning, and feelings of lonely disconnection can manifest. We will awaken the light of the Shen through the Five Spirits. Practices of meditation, elemental connection, and mental clarity will be explored.

This training isn’t for everyone. Our culture is serving up the opposite of this course—numbness, distraction, and stagnant living. This program will be in direct contrast to that way of life. If you have the calling and curiosity to dive into these ancient teachings, you are welcome to join.
The weekends will run Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sundays 11am - 5pm
Tuition is $288 per weekend

Taught by Andrew Dow, who for over a decade has been teaching people how to create vitality and ease in their bodies. It was a spine injury years ago that initiated his Yoga, Fitness and Martial arts journey.
