Qi Gong Weekend Immersion -
Oct 17-18

Step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in the practice of Qi Gong—a traditional practice of movement, breath, awareness, and meditation. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore foundational practices for cultivating Qi, developing body awareness, settling the mind, and building a deeper connection to ourselves.

Through movement, stillness, breathwork, meditation, and traditional Qi Gong practices, we’ll create space to slow down, restore, and deepen our practice. No previous experience is necessary—this immersion is open to all levels.

Come for the weekend, slow down, reconnect, and deepen your relationship with the practice of Qi Gong.

With Andrew Dow, Qi Gong teacher and practitioner.

Pranayama, the yogic art and science of breath, offers a powerful pathway to influence the body, mind, and nervous system through breath. In this workshop, we’ll explore traditional pranayama practices, their underlying principles, and how different breathing techniques can cultivate energy, focus, calm, and greater awareness.

Through guided practice and discussion, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the breath and learn practical techniques that can be integrated into your yoga practice and everyday life. Accessible to all levels, this workshop offers an experiential introduction to the transformative potential of breath.

The Buddhist Heart is an intensive exploration of the Four Immeasurables—loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity. Through Buddhist teachings, modern neuroscience and psychology, discussion, and meditation practice, we’ll cultivate these innate qualities of the heart as a pathway toward greater mindfulness, insight, resilience, and freedom from suffering.

Accessible to all levels, each session combines a Dhamma talk with experiential meditation practices to help bring these qualities into everyday life.
