As we enter into the depths of winter join us for a 5 part meditation course on the foundations of stillness.
These session with be both in person, and streamed live from the studio and all uploaded for you to access. You can join us in the studio, live through zoom or practice the recorded sessions at your own pace.
Meditation is medicine for our body, nerves, mind and heart. In this course will be moving through the foundations of inner stillness.
In our current time of over-stimulation, hyperconnected, and often busy lives the art of meditation is the counter balance to bring harmony to our wellbeing.
Sessions are Monday nights 7pm – 830pm In the studio or live from your living room. If there is any sessions you cant make or would like to practice at another time they will be available for you. All are welcome.
The series will be taught by Andrew Dow a practitioner and teacher of Yogic and Taoist Meditation.
