We honour and give gratitude for the Tla'amin Nation, the traditional peoples of this land where our studio resides. 
We also extended gratitude to all of our teachers in a multitude of lineages that allow us to share this movement, breath, and connection with our community. Our teachings are learned and inspired by many traditions and peoples around the world and we give thanks and acknowledgement that we are lifelong students with the honour of sharing these teachings.
